Processing personal data

You hereby grant your consent to MVP events s.r.o., with registered office at Poupětova 1339/3, Prague 7, 170 00 and Výstaviště Praha, a.s., with registered office at Areál Výstaviště 67, Prague 7, 170 00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”):

Phone number
Email address
Cookies
IP address

The first name, last name, company name, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of registering users of the website, statistics, the possibility of providing other services, and establishing business communication. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 36 months.

You give your express consent to the above processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company’s contact details at email: info@praguebikefest.cz

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by the following processors:

Software (web) provider Netter s.r.o., Dvořákova 230, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem, IC: 04734131, DIC: CZ04734131

Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the Company.

Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

withdraw your consent at any time,
request information from us about what personal data we process,
request an explanation from us about the processing of your personal data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
request that we delete this personal data,
contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
